🔹 How exactly do I book a lesson?
🔹 Do you offer group or semi-private lessons?
It really depends, as each coach has their own personal preferences. The best course of action is to talk to your desired coach. Their emails are listed in the bio (be sure to replace the [at] with the @ symbol). Also keep in mind that you cannot book semi-private lessons with athletes who are in different skill groups. For example, someone working back handsprings cannot do a semi-private with an athlete who is working on tucks, as this would be inefficient.
🔹 What is the cost of each private lesson?
Your price will depend on the coach you select. However, all of our lessons are structured similarly, and in the most efficient way possible. Here’s how it works: Once a lesson is booked, you are allowed to come in up to 5 minutes prior in order to warm up and stretch. For example, if your lesson is booked for 5:00 pm, you may come in at 4:55 pm. The coaching portion is 30 mins in length. After a lesson is finished, the coach will assign a specific flexibility or strength training plan (lasting another 10-15 mins) which the athlete will perform in the gym within the eye shot of the coach. This means the average time spent by an athlete in the gym is anywhere from 45 to 50 mins.
🔹 If I can't make a lesson, can I reschedule or get a refund?
There are no refunds for private lessons. However, we do allow rescheduling. If you need to change your times, please check your email confirmation that was sent to you. It will contain a reschedule link. Reschedules must be done within 24 hours of your scheduled time. CheerCore does not accept last minute cancellations. However, we understand things happen which may be outside your control. As such, your chosen coach may make an exception to the 24 hour rule, depending on your situation. It is up to their discretion.
🔹 Is there a min or max age limit for private lessons?
There are no official age limits when it comes to private lessons, however we leave that at the discretion of the coaches. If you have a child that you feel needs the 1-on-1 attention, but might be too young, please feel free to contact your desired coach, or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will be happy to assist you.
